Applying mobile-phone and internet technologies, the NoiseLYNK automatic noise monitoring
system (ANMS) offers savings in penalties and man-hours required in complying with the
Environmental Noise Limits and Control of Department of Environmental (DOE).
Noise level data are automatically sent from construction site to a secured website, where data are
being analysed for exceeding limits against its respective Types of affected buildings. SMS alerts will
be sent to designated persons to inform of the exceeded noise levels. Project Managers now have
access to real-time* noise data and ability to take actions whenever noise limits are exceeded.
Solar panel and battery controller protects data loss and eliminates the need to replace batteries
weekly.
